Rules for planning gifts together on Tembunar.

Service and operator
The service provider is identified in the legal notice. Tembunar currently offers free wishlist creation, sharing and gift coordination without a paid subscription. These terms describe the intended live service; the labelled local preview uses demo accounts.
Accounts and invitations
Use an email address you control and do not impersonate others. Keep credentials and sign-in links secure. Invitation links may allow people to join after signing in, so share them only with intended guests. Creating your own lists requires a creator account.
A display name need not be your full legal name. You must be legally entitled to use the service. For minors, applicable legal requirements and any necessary parental consent apply.
Wishes, purchases and surprises
Product links are optional. Purchases take place with the retailer. Tembunar is not the seller, does not place orders and does not guarantee availability or listed prices. The shop's information and terms apply.
Only mark gifts you have actually obtained. Purchase records do not reserve products or prevent simultaneous purchases. Multiple people can give different variants, and their own records can be corrected.
Purchases and comments are hidden from the creator by default, but can be revealed after three confirmations. AI variants are editable suggestions, not guaranteed assignments. Creators may instead specify subgifts, each with an optional link.
Product links and financing
Eligible Amazon links may be converted to the operator's labelled affiliate links. Original and generated destinations may be stored. Qualifying purchases may earn the operator a commission. Products are chosen by the users who add them.
You can check generated links and report errors. The retailer is responsible for orders, delivery, warranty and withdrawal rights for the product purchase.
PayPal pools and optional support
Gift-givers can link an external PayPal pool for wishes with a saved price above €20. The person identified on PayPal organizes it. Tembunar does not hold or distribute money or monitor payments. Verify recipient, purpose and current balance on PayPal. Balances in Tembunar are updated manually.
Supporting the website operator is optional and independent of lists, gifts or pools. The prompt can be dismissed. Support does not promise preferential treatment or a particular feature, and no charitable tax receipt is promised.
Allowed content and moderation
Only submit content you are entitled to use. Illegal content, fraud, malware, unlawful publication of personal information and unauthorized access to accounts or lists are prohibited.
The operator reviews specific notices of possible violations and may block or remove content or restrict access when necessary. Decisions should be proportionate and explained; affected people will be informed as legally required. Contact the operator to challenge a decision.
The variant AI does not make moderation decisions. Content is not deleted solely because of an AI suggestion.
Ending use and statutory rights
You can delete your lists and stop using the service. Contact the privacy address for account deletion. Data subject to statutory retention is kept only for that purpose.
Statutory consumer, warranty and liability rights remain unaffected. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability. Material contractual changes are not deemed accepted solely by continued use.
Use Tembunar in ChatGPT
These terms also apply to the optional Tembunar connection in ChatGPT when the plugin is available to your account and you have connected it. Within your granted permissions, the connection supports creating and reading your own wishlists, saving individual or multiple wishes, renaming your own lists, and editing or removing explicitly selected wishes.
Product links and prices are saved as supplied, without automatic product lookup through the plugin. Prices are unverified numeric amounts without a stored currency. The plugin does not place orders, process payments, read contacts, send messages or modify the clipboard. Deleting or closing entire lists and rotating sharing links are outside its scope. A guest link returned on your explicit request can be shared by you and allows people to join the list after signing in.
A confirmed Tembunar state determines whether a requested change was saved. An unclear result must not be assumed successful; check the saved state before requesting the change again. You can revoke the account permission under /connections; your wishlists remain. The terms of your OpenAI account additionally apply to ChatGPT itself.
