For ordinary support enquiries, we aim to reply within seven calendar days. Please mark urgent enquiries with “URGENT” in the subject line and briefly explain why they are urgent. Statutory obligations and the handling of urgent notices remain unaffected by this response target, even without this label. Contact languages: German and English. The operator handles enquiries; you do not have to rely on a chatbot.
Report illegal content
Describe the content and its exact location, including the wishlist address and preferably the item title. Explain the suspected violation and provide your name and an email for follow-up. Include a statement that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Identity details are not required where statutory exceptions apply.
Send the notice to the contact address above. Do not attach illegal files or unnecessary third-party data. Email notices can be submitted without a Tembunar account. The operator confirms receipt and communicates the decision and available remedies. Handling is free.

Privacy and account deletion
For access or deletion requests, contact Contact details after security check at /kontakt. Where possible, use your account's email address. Never send your password.
To prevent automated collection, email and any phone numbers are displayed after a security check. No sign-in is required.
